The National Student Council Conference offers a wide variety of engagement opportunities for students, advisers, and other adults to share their expertise!

The conference is an opportunity for sharing, learning, and the exploration of topics important to students’ and educators’ personal and professional development.

To actively engage students and advisers and provide a richer experience for attendees, the National Student Council Conference will include a variety of presentation opportunities.

Virtual Sessions

This year, the virtual conference will include presentation options in either 30-minute or 20-minute formats:

  • Seminar: This adult-led 30-minute selection is most similar to the traditional in-person conference workshops. Adult presenters have the option to conduct seminars either live or pre-recorded.
  • Workshop: This student-led 30-minute selection is most similar to the traditional in-person conference workshops. Student presenters have the option to conduct workshops either live or prerecorded.
  • Meet the Pros: What makes you a “pro”? Is it a project you executed seamlessly? An organizational technique that makes your meetings run smoothly? Share your tips in this LIVE abbreviated format—15 minutes plus a five-minute Q&A session (20 minutes total).

If you are interested in presenting as a future Keynote Speaker, please fill out the NASSP Student Conferences Speaker Interest Form. This form is a means of introducing yourself to us and providing us with your contact information, speaking references, and an overview of your presentation.
